The charges on my credit card had gone up from paying 195Php to $17.99.

I just checked my email & see that I didn’t get any prior notice on this.

Why the big jump and why weren’t there any comms about it?

I think that every consumer deserves to learn about this massive jump sooner.

Also, for one like me who happen to notice this 3 months after, I think that I deserve refund.
