I was supposed to receive a voucher after a call however I didn't. And couldn't book

@Stompdnb I’ve been told the spots were limited (first come first served) and they filled really fast.
The study is now closed unfortunately but there will be more opportunities in the future.

    It says here that you will receive the gift card in your email within 15 days after the call was made.
    Has it been 15 days since that call ?

    @Stompdnb could you please confirm when you had the video call with team? As Nina mentioned above, if you already had the meeting with the team, you’ll get the reward within 15 days.

    I didn't get the spot. The spots were taken and I was constantly trying to book. So I don't really understand why I couldn't book.
