I just noticed i have been paying Deezer two times in a month since 2018 not sure if this happened when i upgraded my phone 

Anyone any suggestions how to check if i have two accounts or why this is happening

I suspect that you accidentally signed up for a new account and subscription when you switched your smartphone. The best thing to do is to contact support to have this checked:
