I have premium account and three users, since few weeks one of the user cannot use Deezer and received the message: the problem appeared please login in. 

That user login in several times, even removed Deezer from phone and downloaded again and the problem is exactly the same.

What can I do?

Maybe you need check devices which are linked to your account 

go to your profile 

account settings

I can see two devices connected however it does not change anything - i still receive the note: “Mistake- it could not be open. demanded site is not uploading.”

what can I do?

Maybe you need clear space on phone.

 

Memory, storage and your Smart Cache settings may affect Deezer's performance on mobile.
