My email is embroiderysolution@outlook.com it tried to take my money dozens of times I am a new customer and i have contacted Deezer over and over again first it tells me the first time it is a free trial then ask for my card then try to bill it this is the only app that I don’t trust i tried to at least try it out but every time I do they try to rip me off this is the proof that it want give me my free trial if I don’t stop it when I try to get my free trial it tries to take 16.19 dollars every time I see why now the rest like Amazon and Spotify is better I can’t even get my free trial without it charging me

NO I HAVE NOT I HAVE HEARD OF DEEZER BUT I DIDNT KNOW ABOUT DEEZER UNTIL I GOOGLE IT

Are you using the Apple Store to manage your subscription? Haven’t you tried to go to Deezer.com instead?

I downloaded the app and tried to sign on through the app I guess it just want let me I have tried everything

@braileyembroiderysolution when you you subscribe to Deezer via Apple the price you pay comprises our subscription price, local taxes and Apple’s commission (20% VAT). As a result, the subscription price for users via the App Store is slightly higher than via Deezer directly.
