subscription problems

I have been in the family subscription for 2 years or longer now. My bank accou t was debited on 16 March 2022 with the family subscription. Now Deezer says that I am on "free" subscription as my deezer has expired. What can be the issue?

Hello everyone!

We are experiencing an issue and we are actively working to fix it as soon as possible!

Same here. The Deezer support link found in the help post about subscription issues doesn't work either, just states 'you don't have access to this'

Will be moving to Spotify after this experience.

Same here!

Not sure if that’s related, but the latest monthly latest payment on my Credit Card is not to ‘Deezer SA’, instead it’s been taken by ‘YYBe5L’  which looks weird!

On the back of this, when fixed will re-subscription be required or will accounts be restored?

Pre-empting the effect of having the music of four other users listening to music now on my personal profile, is there any way I can remove the days listening history to avoid a day or two of sharing a profile cascading into months of being subjected to some of the less favourable suggestions that will likely arise? The reason I chose Deezer was due to the suggested listening content matching my tastes far better than any other similar service.  Unfortunately, it seems to work a little too well and although I have a varied taste in music, everyone has limits.
