Hello there,

does anybody know why is the family subscription more expensive in one country than in other?

I pay more for one premium account in Czech rep . than I found for family account in Croatia. And what more, some people pay for Family in Czech rep. less than me for Premium. 
I love Deezer but this is a reason for canceling my account..

Hello @Petr.Urby Prices vary from one country to another. However, since you are subscribed via Apple and not directly with us, you get charged 30% more for a Premium subscription.
Please get in touch with our Deezer Support Team and one of our agents will let you know what you can do in order to pay less for your Premium subscription.

Why does the prices are much higher now??? we used to pay about 6$ a month and now it’s double!!

We want to provide more value to our subscribers by giving them lossless quality music. Our new quality standard will give users a much better experience, allowing you to enjoy music the way it sounded in the studio, and to take full advantage of the ever increasing number of high quality sound devices available in the market. 
We also need to continue investing in our product and bring all our users one of the best music experiences on the market with unique features like “Song Catcher” and “Flow moods”, plus exclusive original content from different artists.

I left to tidal... they offer hifi for half the price. You doubled the prices it's not normal.

Doubling the prices and trying it to mask/justify it with some artificial benefit (with no option to change) won’t convince the users. Personally, I’m not interested in all those extra features, they really don’t bring any value to me (tried them once, never since).

If you want to keep me as a customer, either create a plan without those pseudo-services (just music, nothing else) with some acceptable price, to stay at least competitive with Spotify. Of course I am not so naive that you’ll change anything. With Deezer I was so happy until now, got bound to the brand but now you have crossed the line.
