Subscription not working

This is the third time in a month I have been randomly logged out to find that my paid subscription has randomly been reset to the free version AGAIN, except this time I had to spend 20 minutes fighting the app to even let me log back in, and I can't find any restore purchase options. I already had to switch to paying through the website. I am not logged into the wrong account. There is no customer service. Fix it it give me back every cent you've gotten for the months of allegedly premium service that you refuse actually provide.
