Subscription issue

My Deezer app keeps asking me to subscribe and forces me into the free/adverts subscription. I have paid for premium for years now, and renewed in May 2024, and it has also inadvertently upgraded me to the most expensive family subscription just now, which I don’t want. 
 

The app is still not actually working, and forcing me onto the free/advert subscription, so I am basically paying for the free version. Please can you resolve, return me to the regular premium subscription, get rid of the adverts and refund me for the family subscription that I don’t want?

Hi @Rhys Hamilton, when did this start? You are saying your subscription has been renewed last May. Did it happen then?

Could it be that you are using the wrong email address? That the email address on your account is different that the email address you used during the payment?

Have you tried to reach out to the Deezer Support?

Have you tried logging into your Family account using the email rh **** @ googlemail.com and your password?
