My free FnacDarty 4 months was cancelled after 3-4 days. I would like to know what's the reason ? I had received the approval of debit card payment.

I’ve checked your account and I can see that the offer was not activated as the transaction was refused by the bank, so it didn’t go through. Please contact them directly to check that everything is OK and try to redeem the code again on deezer.com
