For last few months Deezer had been asking me to subscribe to it when me and my partner already pay 11.99 a month for it and have done for last few years

I'm just woundering why me and my partner have lost all our music that we have downloaded and we still paying for it every month but it is asking us to subscribe it won't let us download any music Edgar so ever with out it's subscribing which we have done couple of years ago which is why we pay 11.99 a month

Hey @Alley.Blount is the family account under your name or your partner?
I can’t ask for account details here as it is a public channel, and I could not find the account with the email you signed into the community.

Thank you but it's all sorted now I've spoke to somebody on the support chart and for some reason I have two accounts with two different email addresses one is our premium amount and the other is a free account
