Hi there Deezer suddenly logged me out of device, have reinstalled app and re logged in. It says my Premium Trial has ended?? I wasn't aware this was a trial as I was paying each month. Loads of downloaded albums and Playlists lost, price now €11.99 per month very disappointed I am definitely moving to Spotify

Hey @David.Flynn I’ve checked you account and everything seems to be fine as it is active as premium.
Also, since prices changed a while ago you’ve been paying €11.99 per month since November.
Please log out (favourites>gearwheel>log out) and login again with the email and correspondent password linked to your Deezer account.
If the problem persists just let me know

It is showing as a Deezer Free subscription now. I wish to Unsubscribe and it won't allow can you Please help with cancelling my account and ensure I longer am charged 11.99 from Deezer

@David.Flynn In order to cancel your subscription you’ll need to contact our Deezer Support Team and one of our agents will be able to help.
