I have had a family Plan for a few years now and paid monthly for it I just paid to renew new for another month..... Today ads started playing... It told me I had to sign up for premium for the ads to stop so I did I paid almost a $100 for a year..... Then it canceled my family... And to renew my family it cost me another $18 I had to resign up..... So I would like to have my $100 back that I paid for the premium if I can't even have my family on it and if ads continue to work I will cancel Deezer

Hey guys, 

As the title says, I am under a free plan even though I have paid for family package. I have been on the family package for years now. 

 

I tried logging out as the faq suggested, but no help. Some linked topics are closed for me to see for some reason. Everything worked fine yesterday.
