Hi Deezer, 

I just finished my free trial for Deezer Premium and forgot to cancel before the renewal date. I’ve enjoyed my time with your subscription but ultimately found out that it was not for me. 

Would it be possible to get a refund? If not, it is absolutely okay and thank you so much for your time.
