Hello, I need help with my account. I would like to change the e-mail-adresse dir the account because I don’t have access to the old email. How can You help me?

    Hello @Emma Kredo 

    Please contact our Customer Care team and they will be able to help you to change your email address linked to your Deezer account.

    If you have a paid account, please include in your email a screenshot of one of the following payment receipts depending on how you subscribed:

    ⚠ It can't be a screenshot of your payment as it appears on Deezer!

    • Card: transaction as it appears on your bank statement + the six first and last four digits only of your card number (⚠ do not send any other information !)
    • PayPal invoice: billing number which starts with PPL__******* on your PayPal statement
    • Apple invoice: it must come from your Apple account and show your email, date of payment and amount
    • Mobile phone invoice: it must show your name and phone number
    • Google Play: order number which starts with GPA.****
