Premium subscription

Hey, I paid for the premium subscription service about an hour ago for an offer through scrambly for a $25 incentive,  which I REALLLLY need.  But for some reason it wasnt tracked. They say theres nothing they can do cause its automated on their end, so is there anyway I could just cancel right now and possibly get refunded? Or maybe someone could confirm my paid subscription on scrambly.  I'm too broke for this and only made the $11.97 payment in order to make a little extra cash and now I got the way short end of the stick. :( not happy at all.

Hi @adillard82187, sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue.
I have checked your account associated with the email a*******@gmail.com, and I didn't see any payment of $11.97.
It is possible that you have more than one Deezer account. Please contact our Customer Support here and provide them with a screenshot of your invoice showing the last payment.
