I have subscribed to premium but this shows that my account hasnt been updated, i have received all the payment documents to my email from paypal but still i can’t access. What the hell is going on with Deenzer

I have the same problem aswel and I just can’t seem to figure out what to do, I’ve made the payment and also got confirmation for it yet am still on deezer free and when I keep clicking on subscribe to premium it just takes me back to the main screen. So frustrating

I've just paid and my card debited but account still showing as free. I really can't put up with a company that is incompetent. I'd like a refund.

If you have paid and still have Free status, you probably have 2 accounts in use.

Thanks but too late.  It seems like Google is already refunding my $100 per annum subscription.
