Hi iv just reactivated my Deezer account via email with offer off £6.99 for 12months & payed it then iv just downloaded Deezer app & signed in & it's not updating so still no premium is back activated what can I do please

Make sure you are logging in with the email adress the offer was send to. 
If it’s the correct account please reach out for the support team and they will help you.
