payed for premium but still get adds

I have payed to be able to have the premium but I’m still getting all the ads as if I don’t have it! Then go to change my subscription but it won’t let me as it says I am already subscribed up to it! What do I do to rectify this?

Have you subscribed directly on Deezer or via a mobile provider like vodafone?

[he/him] Deezer is music, but Deezer and Sonos is party !
