Isubscribe to deezer and have the same issue. On desktop i subscribed with gmail but cannot sign in with gmail account on android app. So i asked a reset mail so i can sign in on anroid app with mail and password but i didnt receive it. I tried to link to a fb account so i can sign in on android app but the fb linking is not working.
I paid for 3 month and i am stuck outside. I am very surprised of such a poor experience since the beginning of the process. Please do something to fix it or let me know at leat how i can ask a reimbursal.

Sorry you're experiencing that. We've had a small problem with the reset emails. I've tried to send you one now, please have a look and if you haven't got it, contact our support team here.
Am also having the same issue, i have tried multiple times to unlink my facebook and to request a reset password so i will be able to share my deezer Family package with my family but am not receiving any mail, please help
