new subscription

You have taken money for new subscription but I do not have a new subscription it saying I'm still on the free one.  I just started a new one and money has been taken but no subscription given

    Could you first make sure you’re signing in with the correct email address, the same one that was paid for. If that doesn’t help, please contact support who should get you sorted quickly.
