All I'm trying to do is change debit card info and it appears as if there's no way to accomplish this seemingly innocuous easy task with Deezer. Deezer wants me to sign up again which clearly, I don't need to do since I already have an account. I thought, okay I'll call customer service... I'm sure you see where I'm going with that. So this being my only option ( which I might add is ridiculous), I'm sending this in the hope that someone reads it in a couple of days and gets back to me to find out what the problem is so I'll explain the situation again, via email, and wait for a reply. This process should be completed I'm guessing by Wednesday of this week if I'm lucky. In the time it took to wear my little thumb out texting this I could have called, talked with an agent about his/her weekend, got all caught up on how things are going with the fam and dealt with my issue. By why do things the easy way when you can do things the Deezer way. I will give you guys credit for at least having email and not requiring your customers to use snail mail to deal with issues with their accounts... that would just be silly, wouldn't it. In case you are so enthralled with my story that you have forgotten the reason for the Story, I need to change (update) my debit card and there seems to be no way to do this.

 

Hi @flints12, sorry to hear that you are having this kind of issue.
To update your payment details, all you need is a PC/Mac:

1- Log in to your Deezer account
2- Click dzr.fm/paymentupdate   
3- Click on Payment Method ➡️ Select Change Payment Method and enter your new details (Note: These changes will take effect on your next payment).

The existing payment options on Deezer are: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Apple Store.
I would like to point out that not all cards have a protocol with Deezer, so if you try a card and it doesn't work, it's because it doesn't have a protocol with our company and in this case I suggest you try another card.
