I'm paying for premium yet I'm getting the 1,Can you please cancel my membership today.

    Hi David,

    What do you mean with “I’m getting the 1...”?

    If you want to cancel and delete your membership, you can cancel it in your account preferences:

    -First you have to cancel your subscription;
    -When your subscription is ended you can delete your account;
    -Deleting your account is possible by going to your “Account management”;
    -Scroll to the bottom and there you will see “Delete my account”.
