LET USERS DELETE THEIR ACCOUNT

Why in the name of Christ is this so hard to do? Surely this is illegal to block users from managing their OWN information?

 

I got emails from Google and Have I been Pwned about the data breach. Thought to myself, what the FK is this Deezer trash, I don't have an account? Went to the chat to figure out what is going on. Got told no one around to help so they'd email. Email support said I have an account (how?) and to reset the password. Do that. Now I'm trying to figure out how to delete this crap. 

 

I've read the instructions - which are useless by the way - tried clicking on deezer.com/account but am continually redirected to an Offers page. No account settings, no page to manage account. Nada. 

 

No way in hell am I giving Deezer payment information after I've just been told a bunch of data has been leaked/sold.

 

All I want is to delete this thing. PLEASE LET ME DELETE MY ACCOUNT!

Again, that's a real neat screenshot. I'd totally find that section and click that button if I could actually access that page and wasn't continually blocked by a Offers page redirect.

Deezer is such evil trash, I am also trying to delete my account due to a data breach, and they are useless.
