I have subscribed to the plan of £14.99 a month. 
but. It isn’t not letting me download anything.

    Can you please check the following:

    • Are you using the correct email address?
    • Can you check in your account if a subscription is active?

    I don’t know what you use, Android, iOS or the app?

    How you meant you can’t download anything ?

     

    You can download on Deezer desktop app and on phones .

    All downloaded music is in your Deezer app in downloads .

    I can’t download.  I subscribed today to the £15 plan. But I can only favourite. There’s no option to download or listen offline.
