Dear

 

i have a monthly amount of 10.99 euros via my mastercard (card number :*************) deducted from my account for a Deezer subscription .

The message on my statement is : DeezerEUROPE nNiYf Paris FRA

through my Deeze account ********* I see that I have not activated a subscription and have the free version, in other words I cannot cancel or upgrade my subscription.

would you please check if maybe this is activated through another account ?
