Incorrect charge

Hi I 5 weeks ago change country from Ireland to Poland where deezer is cheaper. 

I've contacted with service and they sugested me stopped subscription and restart with new details.

I changed country locator today log in to deezer, chose deezer hi-fi price was 20pln accepted payment but system charged me for 11 euro.
