How to reactivate profiles on a family account after a payment issue

My Family Account which we have had since 2021 lapsed after some payment issues and now that the payment has been made the account is active again but only the admin profile has been restored. The other 3 profiles and the independent account set up by my husband all show plan options when you log in.

How do we restore them?

2 emails have been sent to the support team over the last week and the lovely AI Melodie simply assures me that an agent will  be in touch after 24 hours but nothing ever happens.

Any advice??

Probably all Family members have been transferred to Deezer for free.
To reactivate profiles on a Deezer Family account, the account admin must log in, go to Settings > Manage my accounts, and re-invite members.
