How do I delete my Deezer account? (only for Deezer Free)

Please follow these instructions

Delete Account:-
If you want to delete your account completely, you can follow the steps below:
You can only delete your account using a web browser. Go to Deezer.com and:
Log in to your account
Click on Settings
Click on Account Settings
At the bottom of the screen, click on Delete my account
Enter your Deezer password and click on Delete my account
You will receive a final validation email, just click on the link included in the email and your account will be deleted.
I'm a "Deezerhead" (fanboy) and just love music! (Please note even though I love all things Deezer I do not work for Deezer and therefore cannot assist with account issues etc.)

    While deleting it says "Please, check your password" (Im 100% sure the password is correct)
    It does not send me a verification email

    I've sent you a password reset email to see if this works after you change your password. I've done this for the account linked to the email you used here in the community.

    How can I delete my account:

    These does not work:
    1. Log in to your account
    2. Click on Settings [img]https://support.deezer.com/hc/article_attachments/115003724529/gears.PNG[/img]
    3. Click on Account Settings
    4. At the bottom of the screen, click on Delete my account ---> not an option
    5. Enter your Deezer password and click on Delete my account

    Delete my account and i do not use it
    Email is verifyed and my name email is [removed to protect personal details]

          I want to delete my account. I am Deezer free user.

          but as soon as i type in my password to delete my account, then it promptes that my password is not valid.... funny enough as i prio to deleting my account has to login in with the same password ???

          please contact support here they will be able to assist you deleting your account.

            Hello,

            I received a mail to delete my account as requested. I click on the link, enter the confirmation password and when I click on "delete my account", it doesn't work, the button seems uneffective, nothing changes.

            Hi there, thanks for letting us know. I can't see any other user with the same issue and I believe it can be something with the cache of your device.
            In this case, please get in touch with our support here and they will be able to delete your account for you.

              I just got deezer and didn't like it so I am trying to delete my account, but every time I enter my password and try to delete it, it just says check your password. I know for a fact that my password is correct since I logged in with it. I'm logged in with Google if that matters.
              Thanks for the help

              Edit: NM fixed it. Just had to try until it worked
