How can I close my deezer account permanently?

Hello we are sorry to hear that you want to delete your Deezer account.

If you haven’t tried to delete your account yet, just follow this link on a PC or Mac and there will be a delete my account button at the bottom of the page: https://www.deezer.com/account

If that doesn’t work or if you no longer have access to your Deezer account, please contact our Deezer Support Team and they will delete it for you.
Keep in mind that by doing that you're agreeing that all your account settings, favourite tracks, playlists and any remaining subscription time will be lost as a result.

Hi, I want to delete my account since I created another one since. I tried to delete by clicking the necessary button ; this said I would receive an email to validate. I haven’t received the email (it’s the correct address, I checked). I tried again. Still no email. Please help me fix this or delete my account directly for me. Thanks
