Hello we are sorry to hear that you want to delete your Deezer account.

If you haven’t tried to delete your account yet, just follow this link on a PC or Mac and there will be a delete my account button at the bottom of the page:  https://www.deezer.com/account

If that doesn’t work or if you no longer have access to your Deezer account, please contact our Deezer Support Team and they will delete it for you.
Keep in mind that by doing that you're agreeing that all your account settings, favourite tracks, playlists and any remaining subscription time will be lost as a result.

Hi.

You can delete it yourself on your computer and going on Web App to Profile from your pic.

OR

You need to contact Deezer Support Team and one of agents will be able to delete your account.

    Hi again. There is no need to post all the time.

    The answer is still valid.

    You can delete it yourself on your computer and going on Web App to Profile from your pic.

    Yesterday I posted Tidal so they’d delete my account I used for trial and didn’t like it.

    Please stay tuned for the music before you go!

    They have 73 Million songs at Deezer right now! I hope you can stay for a while!

      hi - my email has been mistakenly used by someone/bot to create this account on Deezer. There is an active subscription which I am unable to cancel because it is not linked to my own email. Please assist to delete this account. Appreciate it, thanks.
