Hello we are sorry to hear that you want to delete your Deezer account.

If you haven’t tried to delete your account yet, just follow this link on a PC or Mac and there will be a delete my account button at the bottom of the page:  https://www.deezer.com/account

If that doesn’t work or if you no longer have access to your Deezer account, please contact our Deezer Support Team and they will delete it for you.
Keep in mind that by doing that you're agreeing that all your account settings, favourite tracks, playlists and any remaining subscription time will be lost as a result.

Hi @fd1981, if you subscribe via Google your account's email is your Google email... You can get a new password here - http://www.deezer.com/password/reset
Then you just need to login using the email and password....

@Rafael. Sorry but it asks me for a password. I never set a password

    Hi there, you're probably on the support page then. Please click on "Forgotten password" on the Deezer app login area? You'll be send an email to reset the password.
    If nothing helps. please get in touch with our support team here and they'll help you 🙂

    Hello guys I created this account by mistake, it showed me a problem conmecting to my newest account but i looks like it was because of an error on the app. I want to delete this account [removed to protect personal details], attached to [removed to protect personal details] facebook page and email [removed to protect personal details] so all that information can be attached to my newest accoun. Thanks!

    @Sobakoh I merged your post into this account. Please check the reply on the first post on top. If you can log in to that wrong account, you can delete it yourself :)
