Hello we are sorry to hear that you want to delete your Deezer account.

If you haven’t tried to delete your account yet, just follow this link on a PC or Mac and there will be a delete my account button at the bottom of the page:  https://www.deezer.com/account

If that doesn’t work or if you no longer have access to your Deezer account, please contact our Deezer Support Team and they will delete it for you.
Keep in mind that by doing that you're agreeing that all your account settings, favourite tracks, playlists and any remaining subscription time will be lost as a result.

@Pablo Stellet I moved your post to this existing topic. We can't delete the account for you here on the community. If you can't log in to that account linked to facebook at all, please check the first post on this topic and use the link to get in touch with our support team directly. They'll be able to help you with this 🙂

Heb geen deezer maar wel nog een account. Ik eil me uitschrijven hiervoor maarvindt nergens de mogelijkheid dat dat kan.

Went to my account settings, clicked "delete account", put my password and clicked delete account. I didn't get email from Deezer, but my email is correct.

I can see you canceled your account, but today you created a new one (gratuit) If you have any question about your account, please get in touch with our support team here 😉

How can I delete it because I hate those emails when I’m not logged in !!

    @gableto Sorry for the delayed response. We missed your post. You can only delete the account on browser. Please log in on www.deezer.com/account to delete the account 🙂

    Hello Deezer I’ve been having so much trouble getting notifications from deezer and I realized that it’s not the app for me hence I want to delete my account but an option like that is not given. I tried to customize my communication preferences but it won’t get saved. Please do something about it I just don’t want deezer anymore. Delete my account
