How can I close my deezer account permanently?

Hello we are sorry to hear that you want to delete your Deezer account.

If you haven’t tried to delete your account yet, just follow this link on a PC or Mac and there will be a delete my account button at the bottom of the page: https://www.deezer.com/account

If that doesn’t work or if you no longer have access to your Deezer account, please contact our Deezer Support Team and they will delete it for you.
Keep in mind that by doing that you're agreeing that all your account settings, favourite tracks, playlists and any remaining subscription time will be lost as a result.

I cant delete my account, it doesnt works like it is written in the deezer support page

Hi there, are you a free user or is there a subscription linked to your account? And have you logged in to www.deezer.com/account on browser and scrolled down on that page? There should be the button "Delete my Account"

How do you delete your account? No change subscription just delete it and no longer be connected ?
