How can I close my deezer account permanently?

Hello we are sorry to hear that you want to delete your Deezer account.

If you haven’t tried to delete your account yet, just follow this link on a PC or Mac and there will be a delete my account button at the bottom of the page: https://www.deezer.com/account

If that doesn’t work or if you no longer have access to your Deezer account, please contact our Deezer Support Team and they will delete it for you.
Keep in mind that by doing that you're agreeing that all your account settings, favourite tracks, playlists and any remaining subscription time will be lost as a result.

Hey guys, so i will get straight into it... I realized my old Deezer account is still up and i want to delete it, but the problem is i forgot my password for it and need to reset it in order to complete the deletion... here is where it gets really annoying, i deactivated and had the email address i used on that old Deezer account deleted. i no longer have access to it, so i cannot even reset the password in order to complete the deletion. how do i move forward from here?

Really need some help here. Thank you.
