Hello we are sorry to hear that you want to delete your Deezer account.

If you haven’t tried to delete your account yet, just follow this link on a PC or Mac and there will be a delete my account button at the bottom of the page:  https://www.deezer.com/account

If that doesn’t work or if you no longer have access to your Deezer account, please contact our Deezer Support Team and they will delete it for you.
Keep in mind that by doing that you're agreeing that all your account settings, favourite tracks, playlists and any remaining subscription time will be lost as a result.

I don’t have a subscription. I just want to cancel my account and be forgotten by Deezer. Why do you make it so hard? Even your email link to change email preferences leads no where. I think this is really poor customer service.

how do I delete all record of my account?

    Haven’t used this app in years but keep on continuously recieving emails from it, there seems to be no way to change email notifications or delete you account on the Iphone app.

    Can the Admins at Deezer please do me a favour and delete my account AND take me off your mailing list?!

      You get an error that you typed the wrong password when you try to login to your account ?

      First , if your password it wrong , I suggest to reset it using the link below :

      https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213801525-Forgotten-Password

      Next , you should login to your account and use the instructions below to delete your account :
