Help with the payment

Hi. I'm Sevara and I currently live in Uzbekistan, but my card was registered in Russia. I don't have another one. I used to pay 189 rubles which is very affordable, now the payment is 6 times more if I look it up on your website. Also the payment of course is not working. What should I do now? Music is almost the only one thing that helps me to live through this crappy times. Help me please, thank you
