I've checked your account here and it shows that, after the payment didn't go through when you said, another attempt has been rescheduled for today. If this one doesn't go through either, the system may try again but in doubt, please contact our support team here 😉

My payment failed because I cancelled credit card that was compromised. How do I remove the deactivated card from account. Added new card number but old card still appears for payment. Tried to Resubscribed but system unavailable.
