I have deezer premium again for around a week. I am the only one using this. Somehow when I want to download songs and Playlists it tells me to get the family plan now. I am a paying customer and under my name it still says free....... This is frustrating because I make long drives and still can't use my account

You might be logged in to a wrong account. Please log out (Favourites>gearwheel>log out) and login again with the email and corresponding password linked to your Deezer account.
If the problem persists, get in touch with our Deezer Support Team and provide a screenshot where it says Deezer Free under your name and one of our agents will be able to help.
