Downloading music to SD Card

Deezer yh you personally 

Understand that no where in the sign up to Deezer & paying you money for music supposedly Downloaded music 

No where do u state wen no payment received instantly u can completely stop us even listening to music already downloaded 

Downloaded meaning its not Actually downloaded to us who purchase the songs it's a con 

I WANT TO KNOW WHERE I CAN DOWNLOAD MY SONGS ONTO MY SD CARD WHAT I PURCHASED FROM YOU SO THAT I CAN LISTEN TO IT ON MY PHONE EITHER THROUGH YOUR APP OR PHONES DEFAULT MUSIC APP 

my music is my Sanity & your making it insanely frustrating the fact your controlling my music iv payed for 

I wil be lookin to find how to officially complain about how your contract is Bull false pile of rubbish

      Well , you don’t pay for the service to own the music but to “Rent” it . You can enjoy the paid subscription benefits as long as you are paying . If you stop your subscription you loosing those benefits . Make sense . This is the same way every streaming company works . Spotify , Apple , Netflix . 

      Moving files to listen to a different music app is not possible because the files are encrypted to prevent copying . 

      If you want to own the music ad do whatever with that , you’ll have to purchase a copy of it from any digital music store .

        Please understand from me that that's far beyond anything they even remotely say specially as iv took all the screenshots on each page for upgrading to premium no way does it have any thing to suggest that if ya dont pay the WHOLE APP IS UNUSABLE YOUR SONGS THAT'S PAYED AND DOWNLOADED FOR ALREADY IS DISABLED that's the point I think it's beyond normal or legal 

        Not every 1 is out for ripping off any company iv been paying on deezer for over 2 yrs I have under 200 songs apparently downloaded within the app so I'm anything but abusing there services iv never ever used anything other than opening the app go to the same music in My Music & hit play so also underbenefitting myself big time 

        My problem is I love & need my music literally need it to go out side & do things I need I have my own mental health issues & don't think it's much to expect to AT LEAST jus be allowed to play the songs we apparently Download in the player as OUR MUSIC coz it's actually not

        Cut or late with payment they may as well cut ya ears off completely where's the fairness on any level

        I think Deezer should find a way to let us download our music once and play it on any device. Maybe all we would need to do is use our Deezer e-mail everytime we sign into new device

        I have just joined today and it was my intention to download my playlist to listen to it in my car. I asked online what format downloaded music was  from deezer ,and it said MP3, so I thought great and ordered an mp3 player and a USB stick .Now I find out that I can’t do that. NICE ONE DEEZER ,I WILL BE CANCELLING MY SUBSCRIPTION THIS WEEK.

          Which streaming service allows you to save mp3s on devices outside of the streaming infrastructure. You did not inform yourself properly and are now accusing deezer. Not bad!
