DELETE MY DEEZER ACCOUNT NOW

Hi all. I am logged into my deezer account on deezer.com in the Browser and there is no profile on top right. Can anyone tell how to delete it because it is unusable. Not able to listen music on my free Account on my speakers. Tnx

Hi. Sure. I use the same deezer account also for the community here. Once I log in on deezer.com I see on top right that I can logout. If I check my current plan I see the free one. All OK. Maybe I should install the app again to delete my account somehow.

And yes I can not play music on my new Sonos speaker I purchased. While adding deezer as service it tells me I need a paid account to listen music. Why? I am happy with my free one. This is a deezer requirement so it became worthless and can not be used anymore. On my phone itself of course it works but I bought the speaker for reason.

I will let you know once I discover how to delete the account. This should be a simple task wich they made comiplicated to keep a high number of registered users.

Why is this site so trash? Why are you blocking me from deleting my account? I can't access any account settings, just keep getting redirected to a stupid offers page. I didn't even know I had this account until I got the data breach email from Google and Have I been Pwned. Thanks for being a pain in the arse and a terrible service.

It's really hard hey? Copy pasting stuff and not reading comments. I can't access that page. All I get is an offers page about signing up to Deezer. Like hell that's going to happen.

You have the email address saved at deezer, right? You could click on "Forgot password" in the login window... This would get you back into the account and you can then delete it with pleasure.

@DeezerIsStupid2 please contact our Deezer Support Team and one of our agents will help you to delete the account and personal data form our system.

What i have too do

If you want to delete your account, use the Deezer website and go to “accountinstellingen” (if you are Dutch?).

At the end of the page you’ll see “Mijn account verwijderen”. Choose this, enter your email address, verify your email address and you’re done.

On the other hand, we’ll hope that you give Deezer another change?

Here you go guys. I’m doing the lord’s work by saving you from these incompetent bullies. Follow this link (copy and past directly in your browser’s address bar other wise it’s not accessible), an then you’ll be able to see your account settings and then at the bottom is the “DELETE MY ACCOUNT” button:

I’m also fed up with Deezer, and finally found the time to try and solve the issue on my own. This delete button will tell you to check your email, then you go to the link they sent you, enter your account password when prompted, and it should let you delete the account.
