Deezer has taken two transactions out of my account over this week, the first date was April 06, then today, both at the same price.  

 

In the terms and agreement, Deezer is only meant to take 1 to pay for the account.  However you have taken two at £11.99.  Today I am asking for a refund of £11.99 as they both showing on my bank account summary today.
