Deezer Premium and HiFi

Hello, I've been paying for Deezer hifi for one year. Then deezer sent me an email, that HiFi is now included in Deezer Premium. But today I've payed for Premium 4euro and didn't get the HiFi quality. Then I found out, that HiFi isn't included... And payed for HiFi 6 more euros. ??? 10€ total. Can anyone please tell me what to do?
