Mijn Account is op Free gezet omdat volgens bankgegevens niet betaald is. Ik heb 10 dagen geleden extra betaald, maar nog steeds heb ik een free account. Hoe krijg ik mijn premium terug?

Maybe you paid for another account that you have created by mistake. Can you see your latest payment in the account settings?
