I've tried to resubscribe to deezer premium but it won't let me I've tried online and on the app but still unsuccessful, does anyone know how to resolve this issue please? 

Hello @Owendavidrhys1985 I’ve checked in our system and I could see that you have an active Premium subscription already (and the payment was authorised on the 4th May).
Do you have access to that account?

Yes I do but it won't let me activate my automatic renewal for some reason 


Yes, I can see that the renewal was aborted. You’ll need to wait until the current billing cycle ends and once it turns to Free again resubscribe.

That means I'll have to download all my 300 odd tracks again from my favourite music though doesn't it,? Or is there a way around this? 


Downloads will remain.
However, I recommend to contact our Deezer Support Team and ask one of our agents if there is any way to resubscribe before the period ends..
