Hi, I have a deezer family subscription And would like to upgrade to a hifi one. However this option is no longer available to me, yet it was when i subscribed to a family plad. Is hifi included to family plan and it would appear on next billing cycle or what?

Hello @andruhan, we are integrating Hifi uality into all our subscriptions, which is why you don’t see the option to upgrade. 

Your Family will upgrade automatically to Hifi Family from the 19th of april.

Do i need to wait for a next billing cycle? Hifi quality is still not available...

Hi, still no Hi-Fi available. It’s a pity to wait so long for this :(

Hello @andruhan please get in touch with our Deezer Support Team and one of our agents will check your account in the system and be able to let you know why HiFi has not been activated in your Family subscription yet.
