Realice el pago, paso, NO FUE RECHAZADO, no ha sido rechazado en más de 2 años Y AHORA MI CUENTA NO SIRVE Y UN TIPO SANTIQGO DICE QUE NO PASÓ. O me devuelven el dinero o me re activan mi suscripción. Si el pago hubiese sido RECHAZADO porque no me lo han devuelto!

Hi @Jaime. thanks for your reply, however I already send that information and the agent don’t help me with nothing, so I’m really upset with this situation.

Hey @lina.melo1 I am afraid I don’t have any different info than the one given by support.
I have checked in the system and I could see that July’s payment was refused (it seems there was a problem with the card and you have to contact the bank to check and confirm). We didn’t process or collected any money for that refused payment.
My recommendation is to login to your account from a computer via www.deezer.com/offers and resubscribe.
