I'm confused I thought I was on premium and see I’m on trio, have no idea difference’s is I want the best quality…I thought premium was.

Deezer is not working on my Sonos…….atm…….I just noticed Sonos say you must use premium on there system for it to operate.

is there problem Deezer and Sonos atm? Surely there can’t be I’d get a message service is down surely

why am I transferred to trio ?
I’ve been very happy Deezer over years

Hey there Sully. @sully

Deezer Trio is the small family subscription that was marketed for a limited time a couple years back. This allows 2 more accounts to be invited to your own subscription. Premium is the current version of paid Deezer for one user.

In most countries, HiFi is automatically included in Deezer PremiumDeezer Duo and Deezer Family subscriptions. Trio is no longer listed on the support page, but I’m guessing it still includes HiFi (you can check yourself), so sound quality is the same.

The plan comparison page is here.

In my experience, Sonos has always required a paid version of any linked service, so I am guessing that their system is not recognizing Trio as being at the same/similar tier as Premium. You could contact their customer service first to see if it can be resolved on their end and if that doesn’t work, see what Deezer customer support could do.

Best of luck.

Hi @sully Sonos has informed that they identified a problem with Deezer and already working on a fix. You may not be able to sign in to your Deezer account on Sonos until it’s resolved.
Apologies for the inconvenience

Hi

No not all my questions were answered please.

Want to know the difference between Trio and Premium? and I’m little frustrated that I can’t get a clear picture of the differences without having to search it out here?

which has the best quality?
why would Sonos say I can only use Premium?

appreciate if you’d clear this up

Sully
