Hello  ​@NgtWlf321 and ​@fabienoff 

I’ll shotgun some suggestions:

  • I’m assuming the shared link isn’t over 30 days old, in which case it will have expired.
  • You said you’ve tried, I would suggest the admin re-try sending the link a different way. Maybe have them send via e-mail if they sent by text, or vice-versa?
  • Double check to ensure the link is accurate and hasn’t been clipped.
  • Are you set on having independent accounts or might a profile account meet your needs? The admin can set that up immediately from their profile.
  • Nina included it, but here is the link for the Family account page: Add someone to a Family account

If the problem persists, please get in touch with the Deezer Support Team and an agent will be able to help.

  1. shared link less than 1 hour
  2. dont know how to send via e-mail. have only 2 options: send link(copy) or create new profile
  3. link copied by button copy link
  4. 3 different accs are independent and are normal accs
  5. link didn’t help..
