Yes, I saw that too when I spoke to you.  need a phone at all times to control the app .. I need, like many deezer users, independent access to the app on the watch not for phone ..

Your link (https://www.deezer.com/en/devices/wearables) shows that WearOs is supported and therefore the app must be working on the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic LTE. Unfortunately, it seems impossible to install the Deezer app on the Galaxy Watch 4.
During the setup of my Galaxy Watch 4 many apps were automatically transferred to the watch. For some reason the Deezer app was not automatically available, and I did not find any another solution to install it. I tried to install Deezer from Google Play, but Deezer does not appear in the search results. In addition to that, the Google Play link won’t refer to the Deezer app when you try to open it from the Galaxy Watch 4.

Could you please provide step-by-step instructions?

I already had to invest a lot of time into this topic and have not yet found a solution. This would now be a chance for Deezer to present itself as a customer-oriented and solution-oriented company. So far, I am very disappointed and have only had negative user experiences with Deezer and wearables.

I have been in contact with Samsung about this. They indicated that Deezer is not available in all countries. Does anyone know if Deezer is available or will be availible  in the Netherlands for the Samsung Watch 4?

Hi @ROBVANDERAA @LW. There is no Deezer standalone Wear Os app, so if you are looking for something in the Wear OS play store it will not appear. For the moment it's a companion app with the deezer mobile app were you only have the option to control and access the Deezer app in your phone.

That's really poor as spotify have this and there is misinformation on deezer website suggesting it does exist

+1 for downloading playlists to Galaxy Watch 4 for offline listening. This is a Samsung watch running Wear OS! Can’t believe this isn’t already available. Why is Deezer always playing catch-up with Spotify?
